Gold Star Dads of America, Inc. is a Nonprofit Corporation in the state of California. Effective as of June 3, 2008, Gold Star Dads of America, Inc. is an IRS approved 501(c)(3) public charity.
Gold Star Dads of America, Inc. has a Board of Directors,, National Prayer Team and numerous project committees.
Our Veteran Assistance project; Operation Noble Warrior™ is overseen by the Executive Board and the State Captains who assures that every dollar is spent wisely and toward its purpose.

Official Gold Star Dads Chaplain - Chaplain (Captain) Marc Unger - Masters of Theology in Christian Counseling and Doctor of Divinity degrees. He also currently serves as Professor of Bible and Chaplaincy at Summit Bible College of Bakersfield and teaches students at the Bachelor, Master and Doctor’s degree level.
NOTE; as of June 2011 Gold Star Dads of America is making the transition from a California non-profit corporation created and operated by Michael Klasno with the guidance of a legal appointed Board of Directors; to a National Membership Society governed by its official members via a duly elected National Governing Board (NGB).
This transition will take approximitly 18 months and will not effect our non-profit status or disrupt the organizations mission.
